We took Austin to Bella Vista to feed the geese for the first time. He was a little scared at first but then he wanted to throw the bread at them and chase them.
My husband Shane and I got married August 8, 2004. We live in Rogers, AR and now have a wonderful son named Austin. We were blessed with his birth on July 27, 2007 and our lives have never been the same. I also have a beautiful step-daughter named Hannah. I am making this blog so that my friends and family can see how we've been and what we have been up to. Mostly this will be about Austin considering that he is a huge part of our lives. Hope you all enjoy.
I found a song that really hit home and wanted to add it on here for my Mom and my Grandpa and all the family and friends that we miss so very much. It is I Miss You A Little by John Michael Montgomery.
Sometimes a song can touch a nerve That takes me back to you When I pick up my old guitar And I play your favorite tune Every now and then, some little thing I've buried comes bubblin' up And once in a while, you feel close enough to touch I miss you a little since you've been gone A few little memories keep hangin' on I miss you a little, I guess you could say A little too much, a little too often A little more every day When I go by our old house I pretend that you're still there Waitin' for me on the porch But there's just an empty chair Wish I could see you just one more time Before I drive away So I could stop and go inside, and say I miss you a little since you've been gone A few little memories keep hangin' on I miss you a little, I guess you could say A little too much, a little too often A little more every day A little too much, a little too often A little more every day
